hosting. I’ve been very unhappy with the customer service I bought a plan for $499.00 and I was excited that I was able to send them a bunch of information to make a site for me and it really did not come out well at all they did not listen to 90% of what I asked of them. I haven’t received any reimbursement for it, which I did request and I haven’t heard from anybody at this time. I’d like to know if I’m getting reimbursed anything for the terrible job that they did literally 95% of this website I did myself I don’t know what I spent the money on. I’d like to take what I have and move it to Go Daddy for hosting and I already have a domain with them. How can I get a back up of my work and move on
