  Everyone here by definition has chosen WordPress.COM as a host. If you want recommendations for other hosts, you need to go to WordPress.ORG and look in the forums there.

  Except for VIP hosted blogs http://vip.wordpress.com/ all wordpress.com blogs are free hosted. The information about hiring a recommended web hosting service is not a wordpress.com issue. You must look here > http://wordpress.org/hosting/ and post your wordpress.ORG questions here > http://wordpress.ORG/support/
