Hosting a domain

  I attempted to transfer a domain to host @ WordPress .

  The domain is ***.us and I received a notice that WordPress does not support “.us” domains.

  Wonder if someone can comment and explain this.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  the US TLD is not supported by WordPress. You find all supported TLD’s at https://wordpress.com/support/domains/domain-pricing-and-available-tlds/

  While the domain cannot be registered or transferred, you can register it with another provider and connect your domain instead.
