Hosting a website on WordPress

  Hello,

  I would like to know if I can create my own website on a random software and just host it on WordPress, without using any WordPress functions (I actually prefer to pay my hosting to WP than another unknown company)

  I’m sorry but WordPress.com provides free blogs and free hosting. They do not provide web hosting for “my own website on a random software”.
