-
Hello,
I have bought a third pary and domain name recently so I wish to make a site using WordPress Premium (so I can access the premium theme library) and host it on the new host. Is this possible?
I am new in website building I dont know much.

Hi there. First thing you should know is that there are two versions of WordPress. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Right now you are on WordPress.com. If you use WordPress.com, you can only be hosted by them. You can use a domain you bought elsewhere via the domian mapping upgrade, but your hosting is with WordPress.com. Hosting here is free, but you don’t have ANY FTP access, can’t install plugins, and can’t create or install custom themes. If you want to edit the CSS, you need to buy the premium upgrade package at $99 a year. This does not include any access to premium themes, which must be bought separately.
http://store.wordpress.com/plans/If you want to use third-party hosting, plugins and custom themes, then you need to set up a self-hosted site using the WordPress.org software. They have their own support pages and forums. See here for more information: http://wordpress.org/hosting/
