  I am unable to locate the ‘hosting configuration’ option under ‘settings’ for my blog forevershewanders.com
  I am attempting to set up and enable SSH or FTP for JetPack.

  You can’t access server configuration through your wordpress dashboard. You must contact your hosting support.
