I apologize for further notice that I have put my wordpress.com account on private. But would it be possible for my live domain to be switch to wordpress.com after my live one expired?

WordPress.com does not accept incoming domain transfers. You need to make sure your domain does not expire. Then see:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/Map an existing domain (one you already own) to your WordPress.com blog. Follow these instructions if you already have a domain that you registered elsewhere, and you want to map that domain to your blog.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/#instructions-for-mapping-an-existing-domain -
“Update your domain’s name servers to the following:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COM”This part is where I am confused.
Do I have to go to my current domain and update this to my name server:
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMso where exactly can I find it to fill this in?

And also my organization is planning to close their hosting site from their domain registrar. Which it will not be live anymore. So I know that I will still have the domain from my domain registrar but am I require to fill in
NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
NS3.WORDPRESS.COMfor wordpress.com? Also will that change my email too?
Even thou if my hosting site will not be live anymore, I want use wordpress to make this site live -

No, you will enter the nameservers through your domain registrar. This will direct the domain here so you can map it.
Please see http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/ for details.
