Hosting features problem

  When I go to hosting configuration, it says please wait while we activate hosting features but it never does, it just spins and does not load

  

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi,

  I can see that you’ve cancelled your Creator Trial plan, so we can not further check the hosting features.

  Hosting features can take up to 10 minutes to get activated. If it takes more than that, we can check if the process gets stuck and fix it.

  If you’d like to give the Creator Trial plan a second chance, please let us know in case it gets stuck again, and we’ll fix it for you!

  I have the same problem. I do have an active subscription right now though ( monthly creator). How can I reach you to ” check if the process gets stuck and fix it ” ? Thank you so much
