Ive bought hosting from 123-reg and they need my FTP details and database from my wordpress blog to complete set up? where will i find these?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Do you have a self-hosted, WordPress.org site? To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities. If you’d like to backup your self-hosted site using the free WordPress software (from WordPress.org), you’ll need to contact your website hosting provider for help with that. You can also get support for a self-hosted site on the WordPress.org forums here:
If you’re speaking about your WordPress.com site, we take care of backing up your site for you. There isn’t FTP access for sites hosted at WordPress.com, but if you’d like to manually back up your site content you can download an export file. You can find more instructions here:
