  I’m wondering if I can get our website removed from an old user to my user account.

  Hi there,

  What is the site URL? Is the site hosted on WordPress.com? And is the old user available to help with the site transfer?

  The owner will need to transfer ownership of the blog over to another admin, which will automatically remove them as a user of the site.
