  i want help you about following questions?

  1>i know what is cpanel.it is used for manage site.but CPANEL IS PROVIDED BY hosting PRoviders????
  e.g http://www.godaddy.com provide me cpanel service??? or any file manager to manage my site

  sir also tell me best hosting Provider(which you like James).i wanna host my site.

  WordPress.com is just a blogging service, we don’t provide support for other hosting providers.

  All of the hosting providers listed at http://get.wp.com/hosting/ provide a control panel interface and file manager.

  Out of that list, my personal preference is DreamHost.
