  How how are you? A few quick questions before I get a monthly plan with you guys!
  1. Do you guys offer help on the hosting end of things?
  2. when you say live chat as one of the services do you mean in person on the phone or is it just a chat on the computer for troubleshooting?

  WordPress offers chat on the computer for troubleshooting, unfortunately, WordPress doesn’t offer phone support.
