  I have an existing domain (www.hpfashion.in) and I have build a free website on WordPress (www.hpfashionshop.wordpress.com).
  How do I point the free wordpress website (www.hpfashionshop.wordpress.com) to the existing domain (www.hpfashion.in) ?
  Will upgrading to Premium pack include the hosting charges as well?

  Yes you can point your domain to your WordPress.com site with a Personal plan or higher. Hosting is included.
