Hosting issue

  Hello!

  My name is Jeanso and I purchased the domain: Financialhealthfocus.com on July 19 through your site. I didn’t have a host yet. On August 4, I selected Bluehost as my host and paid the 3-year plan. i received an email from them to sign into my admin, but I am getting the following error:

  This page isn’t working

  financialhealthfocus.com redirected you too many times.
  Try clearing your cookies.
  ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

  I immediately reached out to Bluehost about the error. The support team told me that they see RackSpace as my host and that RackSpace would have to release their hosting duty to Bluehost. I reached out to RackSpace and the representative told me that RackSpace is not currently hosting my site. I did not make any payment to RackSpace so I am not sure how they would be my hostess. I need to work on my site, please do you best to rectify the problem for me. I thank you in advance for your prompt response in regard to this matter.

  financialhealthfocus.com is currently displaying a parked domain page hosted by Automattic which is WordPressdotcom’s parent company.

  If you purchased web hosting from BlueHost and wish to point your parked domain/domain name servers to them, follow this guide: https://en.support.wordpress.com/move-domain/change-name-servers/ Specific details for BlueHost are listed at the bottom of that page.

  @rjdelisca I can see the domain points to Bluehost now. If you’re still getting “too many redirects” try closing your browser completely and trying again, or restarting the computer.

  Hello again, Just confirming that the domain financialhealthfocus.com now shows a parked site on BlueHost page for me as well.
