  No. It’s a WordPress.ORG software install hosted by Hostgator.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

  Know that those with WordPress.ORG software also need WordPress.COM accounts to run JetPack and other WordPress products.

  Then log out, clear your browser cache and cookies and log in under your WordPress.ORG account.

  No. Deleting a WordPress.COM account is not possible.

  If you’re experiencing issues with the Jetpack plugin, you can find support for it right here:

  https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack

  When you connect your Jetpack plugin, you may be prompted to log in to WordPress.com in order to activate certain Jetpack modules. This is entirely voluntary and you do not have to, however without doing so you will not get the full benefits of the Jetpack plugin.

  You do not need to have the same username for WordPress.com and WordPress.org. They are entirely different systems and so do not have to be linked in any way.
