Hosting my email accounts

I need to cancel my upgrade. I was under the mistaken impression that my email could be hosted on wordpress.com. I just need a little more time to examine my options and figure out which is the best site to host my domain. If there is a solution via wordpress please let me know.

If you cancel your upgrade, your domain registration will also be canceled. If you plan to use this domain in the future, I suggest holding onto it. While there is a 60-day transfer lock on new domains, once that time passes, you can move your domain to a new host who hosts email.
I do see that you upgraded to the Premium package. If you choose to cancel that, you can delete all services, or cancel desired services and leave your domain intact.
In order to do this, you can click on Store → My Upgrades in your site’s dashboard, the click Cancel to separate your Premium package into separate components. From there, you can remove any features you do not want.
If you plan to keep your site at WordPress.com but move your domain only, while you’re waiting for the 60-day transfer lock to end, you could set up email forwarding:
en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/
This might be a good interim solution. I’m happy to cancel anything you’d like…or continue the discussion to assist in anyway and make your transition to a new email server smooth.
