hosting my wordpress

  I’ve installed a wordpress in my website, http://www.saopaulopersonaltrainer.com.br, but I’m not sure what is happening, I’ve my Id in WordPress as ricardolizzadro and when I ask to reset my password they send me a e-mail with Ricardo as a username.
  Is that possible to have two accounts? may be its happening to me.
