Hosting mystery

  I am attempting to transfer to another host and am being told by them that you have registered my domain name to “Wild West Domains.” I’ve never heard of this company and need to redirect my blog address to the new host. Am I still able to do this through the WP dashboard?

  Hi James,

  Wild West Domains is the domain provider that we purchase domains through. You can transfer your domain via the Domain Manager that is accessible through the Store->Domains link in your WordPress dashboard.

  Please note that you’ll need to disable Private Registration (mentioned in the instructions) so you’ll be able to receive your authorization code.
