Hosting On WordPress

  I am not clear on this – if I want to have a shopping cart can I pay for hosting on WordPress or do I have to go to an outside host? I presume this is a common question – if you could point me to the answer I’d appreciate it. Thank you.

  Hi there – If you want to create a storefront with ecommerce/shopping cart functionality, you should move to a self-hosted WordPress site.

  To move your blog to a self-hosted site, you’ll first need to obtain web hosting. We have some recommendations here:
