Hosting question

  If i choose to move my free blog on wordpress.com to a paid hosting (one of the suggested ones on wordpress) what are the steps involved in doing so?

  1. Export the XML file.
  2. Get hosting that has wordpress installed
  3. Import the data into the hosting server
  4. How do i move the images?
  5. Is is possible to get the whole database ?
  6. What about my web stats? Can I get a back of the logs?
  7. What about the tempalte and design? Can I get the stylesheet files? (css)

  What else am i missing here? Also.. potential downtime during the switch over.. i am already using the custom domain option.

  All this is sort of down the road and if my blog picks up too much traffic that I feel the need to move. But, I would like to know the process involved so i can be better prepared.
