Hosting questions

  Hello. I’m new to this and I may have ‘jumped the gun’. I did not realize that I cannot add plugins if I use WordPress to host my webpage. I selected the $99 premium plan and would like to use a third party hosting service so that I can utilize the plugin option. Do I just change my plan to basic or do I have to put in a request to have my account refunded (still have to check to see if I was charged). My obvious concern is that I’ll lose the ability to keep thegreenjanitoroc.com .

  Just realized that I made a HUGE mistake. I canceled my premium service in hopes to host through a third party and didn’t realize that I’ll now have to wait to get the web address that I wanted:( help!
