Hosting Refund?

    I’d like a refund my hosting, but any link I come across leads me back here. I don’t see a “cancel” or other button under the Store > My Upgrades. It went through automatically two days ago and I’d like to just cancel that.

    All WordPress.COM blogs like this one http://hahano9.wordpress.com/ are free hosted so I’m not clear why you are posting here. What is the exact URL of the blog you refer to and who did you pay to web host it?

    I’ve purchased a 10 GB hosting upgrade for $20.00/yr through WordPress. I can see it in my upgrades, but there are no options to remove, change, edit or modify. Simply to upgrade it further.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Yes, I’ve followed that site and/or the instructions and it brings me back to the original post I’ve made. My options are “Learn More” “Add a Credit Card” and “Enable Auto-Renew” from that page.

    There is no option to modify or refund it without going to the support page, which then brings me to this page.
