Hi there,
You don’t need an upgrade to create a subdomain. To create a subdomain on the latinovariedades.org domain to use somewhere else, just go to My Site ->Manage ->Domains, go to the DNS settings, and add a custom CNAME or A record to create the subdomain.
I’m not sure what you mean by “host website customization”. Can you give some more details on what you’re trying to do?

I want to host a magento site in this subdomain. I would like to know if WordPress could host this website if I upgrade my plan to 8 monthly

We do not provide hosting for Magento, only WordPress and WordPress plugins.
For eCommerce, we recommend WooCommerce, which is a WordPress plugin: https://woocommerce.com

Yes, I would like to stay with WordPress and my domain like now, but I wanted to host inside this domain another files like magento in subdomain inside my actual domain

Magento is a completely different platform from WordPress, and not compatible with WordPress. On WordPress.com we only provide hosting for the WordPress software.
If you own a domain with us, you can create a subdomain and connect that to your Magento site, but that site’s files will have to be hosted somewhere else. All you need to do that is add a CNAME or A record to your domain’s DNS, pointing to the other host’s server. You don’t need any upgrade plan to do that, as that option is built into your existing domain upgrade.

ok, I try to create subdomain but I got mistake from TSL in browser
“You cannot connect to this page securely.
This may be because the site uses an outdated or insecure TLS security configuration. If the problem continues, try to contact the owner of the website.
The TLS security settings are not set to the default values, which could also be causing this error.
Try this:” -
That sounds like a browser-related issue that affects Microsoft browsers Edge and IE. Do you have another browser you can try this on such as Chrome or Firefox?
