Hosting Service changeover

Hello,
I no longer want to use my hosting service provider for my website anyothersense.com because they are way overpriced and I would like to use a different hosting service provider. However, they claim that they own my content, even though I created it using WordPress (and it took me a very long time to teach myself css customization). Is there no way WordPress can, if not provide me with a copy of my content, at least provide me with just the info that was included on all my pages? Otherwise I have to start all over again when I change providers and will lose valuable information. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble. However, anyothersense.com is a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
WordPress.org has complete documentation and support sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress.org at http://codex.wordpress.org/ and http://wordpress.org/support/ Your webhost’s support team is another good resource.
