Hosting through Wild West Domains

  I would like to remove the “REGISTRAR-LOCK” status for my WordPress.com site and obtain an EPP Key/Authorization code. I called WildWestHosting to get this information, but they have directed me back to WordPress.com to obtain this. I am not able to control these settings through the site’s Dashboard. Please let me know how to fix it.
