Hosting transfer

This site has been moved from WordPress.com to GoDaddy. I just got a notice that the wordpress.com plan is going to renew automatically Dec. 4th, but I don’t see it in my account anywhere so I don’t know how I can cancel it.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
You can check your plan in “Manage Purchases” under your WordPress.com account.
https://wordpress.com/me/purchasesIf you don’t want your plan to Auto Renew, then confirm for which site you want to cancel it. Someone from staff will help you with disable auto renew for that site.
Adding modlook to this thread to seek assistance from staff.
Thanks for your patience.

The domain shows in my account (CrosslakeTownSquare.com), but there isn’t any plans showing up in my purchase history. The only thing that shows up is a couple plugins I installed on a different website. I don’t have a credit card on file either, but I just want to make sure my client’s credit card isn’t going to get billed. They originally set this site up themselves here.

Forgot to mention, I tried to log in under their username to see if it was there, but it says there isn’t a user by that name here anymore.

Hi there,
Your account does not own any upgrades on WordPress.com.
The domain, CrosslakeTownSquare.com, was owned by the account with the username,
crosslaketownsquare, and that account still owns an active Premium Plan for the site, due for renewal in a month’s time.We can only cancel the plan at that account’s request, so please ask that user to contact us, or if you have access to that account log in as that account and either cancel yourself from the Purchases page, or comment here to confirm.
