hosting with 123-reg, bought a blogsite template which isnt working??

Hi all
After countless hours of working to get my blogsite installed on 123-reg hosting I can see the site but it just looks like a site map. The people I bought the blogsite off say its 123s issue that it isnt set up to view flash/ javascript but if I install another wordpress template I can view it fine. Where could this issue lie and should I be chasing 123 to solve the problem or the blogsite template provider? the address is http://www.ninamace.co.uk so you can see what I mean. Any help would be appreciated and I am a novice at this so go slow/ use small words :-)

This is what the company I bought the blogsite template from said “But I still think you are having a serious issue with the hosting and it not showing the site with Flash/Javascript enabled. Which is causing everything to look broken and bad. I would call your host and ask them what they need to do to get that issue fixed.”
