  Hi everyone,

  I am looking for a plugin that will allow us to add hotspots to an image that then show images and text from each placed hotspot, similar to this image shown:

  Hi there. We cannot install any plugins on WordPress.com and there is no feature on this platform I know of that will allow you to do that, I’m afraid. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
