Hot to get a refund

  Hi- I received this message from… I guess the creator of this WP theme “Organization” and was wondering how to go about getting a refund for it, as she states below.

  Hello, I’m afraid the theme is not transferable to WordPress.org. Organic Themes does have a version of the theme which is very similar and for use on self-hosted sites using WP.org. You can find it here: http://organicthemes.com/theme/non-profit-theme/. If you are within the 30 day window, you can request a refund from WP.com for the Organization theme and purchase this one instead. Thank you, Rebecca Reply View forum topic

  Hey there,

  I’ve gone ahead with the cancellation and refund of this for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7 days for the transaction to show up on your statement, though it usually happens much quicker than that!
