Hot to make a form submit into a forums

    Gaming community here. We are redoing our website and one of the feature we had before was a page in which was our application for membership. When they would submit the form it would make a post in a particular section of the forums. I have forums setup with wordpress website but i cannot figure out how to make this work. Any help is much appreciated.
