Hotel theme
-
Hello, we are a company that offers serviced apartments. In the past I asked here several questions concerning which theme would be appropriate for us to use for our hotel website. We have around 150 apartments which we plan to offer on our website. A very nice WP representative helped me here and suggested I should consider a theme where bookings are built in with the theme in mind. Such as :
https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress?term=hotel%20bookingToday a friend recommended me to use uncode hotel theme:
https://undsgn.com/uncode/homepages/classic-hotel/
My question are what is the difference between those themes and which one will be more beneficial and practical for this large scale type of website .
Thank you

Hi Dan! In all honesty we’re not best placed to answer that, primarily because both the ThemeForest themes, and Uncode, are made by third parties that we don’t have any direct connections with – we’re simply not familiar with the products’ advantages/disadvantages and the differences or similarities between them.
The little that I can tell you from the times I’ve encountered them is that ThemeForest is a bit of a marketplace – individual creators sell their themes through ThemeForest, and I believe these theme creators often build their themes to be compatible with one or more page builder plugins. Uncode is – I believe – its own dedicated page builder framework/plugin, along with the themes/layouts it offers (though I could be wrong).
In general, it’s good to bear in mind that while these themes will bring at least some functionality to your site, the actual reservations/payments side of things is often not handled by the theme, but by other plugins you install on your site, such as WooCommerce (which is a free plugin by itself) or WooCommerce Bookings which is a paid extension for WooCommerce.
Because of that, I’d definitely suggest checking both Uncode, and any themes you’re looking at on ThemeForest, to make sure of what they’re bringing to your site, whether it’s appearance only, or also booking/reservation plugins bundled in with your purchase.
