Hotlinking allowed?

I post a lot of my pictures to a mesageboard, and was wondering if I am allowed to hotlink to the images I uploaded to my blog? It would make things a lot easier, but I understand it can take a lot of bandwidth.

That sounds a bit shaky to me. The end result would be your using the free bandwidth provided by WP.com to support another non-WP.com site you run.
You can put in a request via the feed back function but my quess would be an unqualified no.

i would hope hot linking is forbidden. why not open a photobucket account? that’s what those services are for.
