Please be advised that we have the website up but don’t have what it should because we don’t know how to set it up right to make it look inviting to our customers so we need your help with fixing it for us and tell us how to fix it up. Could you please help us out, thanks.

As far as I know it is not possible to use WordPress.com to set up a classifieds site or an employment listing site. For that you need to hire a web host and set up a wordpress.ORG software install. See: Moving to self hosted wordpress https://move.wordpress.com

Why should we start over if we already paid to get a website and they never gave us any help when we needed it and the fact you have no phone number to talk to someone via phone verbally which is not right when we have never did this brfore so we need your help getting the site back up and running instead of expiring it when we needed the help in the first place and never got itKindly get back to me ON THE PHONE HERE IS MY CELL PHONE NUMBER:[redacted], PLEASE CALL ME ASAP!!!! Know that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. What is the URL of the exact site in question re: expiration starting with http://?
Are you referring to a site hosted by wordpress.COM or not?
