HouseCall Chat bubble won’t load – support recommends I contact WP

    I have added the script code to the head as recommended. A chat bubble should appear and connect to the HouseCall software. It does not.

    HouseCall support writes: Connor from Housecall Pro: Thank you for confirming that information! In this case, what I would recommend would be to reach out to WordPress on this. The reason for this suggestion is because they’ll be the best ones to advise on changes to the code that will allow it to work with their system as they’re the ones who develop it. In most cases like this, what’s likely happening is that something in WordPress’ system is overriding the code we’re providing, which is preventing the Chat from showing.

    I’ve tried adding the code to sites using different themes, and still no bubble. Is it a WP issue?

    Anyone have an idea of what needs to be changed so that the chat appears?
