  I am the webmaster this year for this organization. I just made myself admin and started updating plug ins and now our website has been down for a couple of days. I cannot access my admin site. I get this error:

  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘[‘ in D:Hosting2663886htmlwp-contentpluginspixabay-imagespixabay-images.php on line 188

  How do I disable the plug in?

  Hi Julla,

  With that said, I can set you in the right direction: updating plugins causes a site to break sometimes. This post on the WordPress.org forums will set you in the right direction: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-login-after-wp-update/

  I do not know php and it is beyond me why the site would publish while bringing down and disabling the site!!!

  Please I need step by step help.
