  How do I get an image to switch to another image when the mouse hovers over it on a free site?

  Howdy –

  Are you thinking about adding a filter effect to the hover, or do you want the hover to display an entirely different image? Is there an example that you’ve seen where I can get a better idea of what you’re trying to accomplish? Thanks!

  Ah, that’s cute! It’s possible to achieve something like that using custom CSS to plant background images behind the menu and menu items, hiding the text where appropriate, changing them on hover, then collapsing the whole thing into a mobile menu for small screens.

  You would need a plan that supports CSS, though; that would require Premium or higher. And, if you don’t know how, you’d need to have someone do the CSS for you as it’s outside our typical scope of support, and it would require some customized cleverness based on whatever image you’re using.
