Hover Link Colour

  I’ve been trying to add the colour 4d0c0c as the hover over colour for the line “Email Me!” in my Text Widget.

  The style definitions all failed. Here is the code used below:

  <span style=”font-family:’Georgia’;font-size:30px;color:#1a2e88;”>Email me!</span>
  </b>

  Any suggestions on how to fix it?
