Hovercards not working after being disabled once

  I had disabled hovercards and now they don’t seem to work even after being enabled from Settings=>discussions

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  http://namratagohain.wordpress.com/ is empty: no posts, no pages, no comments, nothing.

  I have just made the blog.The hovercards are not working on my picture in the header which used to worh in the first place.
