    i have created a template ‘member’, and saved it. when I try to add it to a new page nothing happens. When I save the new page it is saved as a new page without the template. I have been three times through your instructions and emailed help, which told me to do what I have already done. Their part 7 does not happen;
    Once you’ve selected it, the page should automatically update to reflect the chosen template.
    please note that I have been on this since 9:30
