How 2 change photo on home page

    I really like to change the photo (a view over Manhattan) that automatically is shown on the home page of the website. When in edit mode of the theme I can change all sorts of thing (e.a. add header photo, change menu bar etc), but not the photo. I am surprised because the demo gave me the impression this can be done.

    Suggestions are more than welcome!
