How 2 get Search Box off top Navbar?

  Hi All – I like my new site but there is a redundant search box located over the top of some buttons I have, seems stoopid but how do i delete this feature, esp. since i have this lower down on the page too////Two search bars??!? HELP! *gag

  If you have not purchased the annually renewable the custom design upgrade, then there is no way to remove it.

  Go to appearance > theme options and you can turn off the display of the search box above the header image.

  Go to appearance > theme options>turn off the display of the search box.

  For some reason I dont have this option. Im using the Twenty Eleven theme and have access to turn off the search box using CSS if but dont know how.

  Anyone got any Ideas?

  That is because twenty eleven does not have that option. The original poster in this thread is using MistyLook. MistyLook has that option.

  To hide it on twenty eleven, you have to do it with CSS and that requires the Custom Design Upgrade.
