  what are the difference between blogs, pages, and posts?

  A blog is nothing but your website where you can write and share your content.

  A post can be content itself. A post can be anything that you want to write and share. Posts can also have categories and tags,
  You can create a post by going to My Sites > Blog Posts > Add.

  A page, on the other hand, is meant to be static. Some of the examples of pages could be Home, About, Contact, etc.
  You can create a page by going to My Sites > Site Pages > Add.

  How can I write like there’s a menu with different categories?

  For this, first, you need to add categories to your posts. There are different ways you can add categories to your posts. I recommend you check the link below:

  Once you have categorized your posts, you need to have a custom menu where you can add the categories.
  To create a custom menu, go through this link:
