  What kind of widgets are you looking to add? You can add any HTML code to a Text Widget – http://support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/ – but you must note that there is code that is not permitted on WordPress.com for security purposes (i.e. javascript, flash, iframes…) – http://support.wordpress.com/code/
