How a blavatar can be refreshed after a change while sharing with Facebook ?

  I changed my blavatar since some days but the former blavatar I used for my blog still continues to appear on my shared posts on Facebook.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there – Sometimes Facebook caches the old image. We are sending the correct image, however, and if you look up the URL for your site or your most recent post in the Facebook debugger here, the most recent blavatar displays:
  https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

  I’m not sure why Facebook is continuing to cache the old image in that case. We’ve had a couple of reports of this happening that we’re looking into, and I’ll keep you updated when we have more information about it.

  Thank you very much, eurello, for your clear explanation. Yes, I checked Facebook debugger page and everything appears in the right way but once back on my wall, the same old picture comes back. Really fascinating. Thank you again for your quick and competent technical support. There are still some unpredicteable and surprising flaws in the ideal world of the internet.

  We made several updates to resolve this issue. If you still encounter issues with newly published posts shared on Facebook, let us know including the link of the post you shared.

  Note that you can also use the Facebook Debugger to update FB’s cache so it uses the correct image and description of your site: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/‎
