how a viewer post text to my blog?

i want my reader to have the ability to add a text to the blog.
for each text added, to give them the ability to comment on it.
i want to have a catalog of all those posts.how can i do so?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please do not post the same question more than once. It wastes time and clutters the forum and won’t get you an answer faster.
Look at your settings under Dashboard->Settings->Discussion and ensure that you’ve enabled comments and don’t have it set to comment moderation, or you’ll have to approve them all one by one.
I can see the comment box on your blog. Can’t you?

Also, readers can comment. They can’t make new posts unless you invite them and set them as authors one by one.

The only way your can have others posting text to your blog ie. publishing posts is to choose which “roles” to assign to them, and then make them “users”.
