How about a blogroll widget that works like the Community widget?

    An interesting post on The Write Transition yesterday has sparked some discussion about blogrolls (http://carrierubin.com/2013/01/07/blogrolls-yea-nay-or-maybe/).

    I suggested a blogroll widget that functions like the “community” widget would be a great way to keep our blogrolls up to date, and we wouldn’t need to feel bad about leaving out some (or many) blogs we follow.

    An ever-rotating list of 10 or 20 blogs would be a nice way to bring other bloggers to our readers’ attention without requiring too much maintenance time.
