  in some sort of a way, a more interactive communication tool; I’d like to know whom of my friends are likely to answer soon at my comments – and also I’d like to be able to hide myself when I feel like.
  Do you think it’s possible?

  It’s easy. Use the Meebo widget and tell them to use the same, or all agree on some IM platform and use that.
