How add one page navigation on free WordPress.com

  Hi,

  I am creating a website for school assignment. One of the criteria is to add one page navigation on the website for the menus. I have looked online for answers but all of the sources are either using a different version of wordpress or telling me to find the “anchor” option. The “anchor” option is not visible in the free version of wordpress.com. Is there any way to create a one page navigation menu on this version, or is there any way to access the anchor option on this version of wordpress.com?

  Hi, are you trying to make page jumps, or jump links? They’re known by many names.
