How and where can I acquire my domain information?

I’m trying to get my domain information and there’s nowhere to access it. It was bought through wordpress.com and the registrar is Wild West Domains, LLC.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Did you go to support documentation which is all at this link http://support.wordpress.com and type in domain management?
I did and I located this http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-management/Provided you are logged in as Admin under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased upgrades for it other information re: domains is found here:
Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
Dashboard > Store > Billing History -
I have been to both those links. I’m pretty sure I’m logged under the same username as when I registered but now it no longer gives me the options to go to my store and upgrades etc. to get to my domain information. I really don’t know what to do. I’ve contacted Wild West Domains via phone and email and they told me WordPress is where I can resolve my domain issues.

convergingmedia.net. – is a WordPress.ORG install hosted on Blue Host.
The account seirrapoirier can’t own convergingmedia.net – the domain name was registered July 29, 2013 – the account seirrapoirier was created on Aug 6, 2013 so it is not old enough
If you are logged in as an Admin and don’t see Dashboard >> Store – then you are probably logged into the .ORG install on Blue Host not an account here at WordPress.COM that has the domain name convergingmedia.net registered in it.
It sounds like you have at least two different accounts and log-in’s –
Note: since the WordPress.ORG installed blog is on Blue Host you could have set up the same account name but still have two different accounts
There should be another account here that owns the domain name
