  trying to paste the google analytics code but i dont know where and how to do this without a plugin

  The software will continue to strip the code out. See Google Analytics for WordPress.com Business sites http://en.blog.wordpress.com/2015/01/29/google-analytics-for-wordpress-com-business-sites/ There is no alternative when it comes to wordpress.COM hosted blogs. You either purchase the Business upgrade http://store.wordpress.com/plans/business/ for $299 US per year or you don’t have access to Google Analytics.
